2a. Property matching quiz
When you complete our quiz, we collect information about your property goals including buyer type, budget range, preferred locations, lifestyle preferences, and contact details (name, email address, phone number). This information is used to match you with suitable developments and to contact you with relevant recommendations.
2b. Client portal and login
When you log in to your client portal, we collect your email address to generate and deliver a secure, time-limited magic link. Login sessions are managed using a signed JWT (JSON Web Token) stored in your browser. We do not store passwords. Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), a third-party transactional email service operating under data processing agreements.
2c. Website usage data
We use PostHog (posthog.com) to collect anonymised behavioural analytics, including pages visited, actions taken, and session duration. PostHog may use cookies and browser local storage. We use this data to improve our website and user experience. PostHog data is processed in accordance with PostHog's privacy policy.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking tags on our website. Through Google Tag Manager, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), which tracks website events for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Meta may use event data for its own purposes in accordance with Meta's Data Policy.
2d. Enquiry forms and consultations
